Strengthened by an original Tyrolean breakfast you will be ready for an orientation track either on bike or on foot equipped with a GPS receiver.

On the Alpine track you will have to accomplish missions, such as: chipping and sawing of trunks, identification of forest species and bird watching of raptors, starting a fire in a traditional way, building a bridge for river crossing, trying to sound an alphorn and yodelling against your echo …

After this expedition to mountaineers’ roots you will enjoy a taste of Alm delicacies, such as home-made dumplings, tasty roast pork, smoked bacon and aromatic cheese …, at one of the typical Austrian wooden mountain huts.
This tasteful lunch will be followed by traditional cheese making and bread baking. You can either witness these activities or try them out on your own. And of course you will have the opportunity to taste bread and cheese with domestic schnapps.
